SEIU Members are Uniting Around “Justice for All” 

Justice for All is a four-year strategic plan that takes the next steps in our historic struggle as a healthcare workers union to improve the lives of our patients and our families. It is focuses our work as a union on:

• Seizing our once-in-a-lifetime chance to win quality, affordable healthcare for all.
• Strengthening our voices on political issues to reform the healthcare system and rebuild the middle class in America.
• Holding politicians accountable after the election so they stand up for patients and caregivers – not insurance and drug companies.
• Involving all of us in local unions to jointly develop breakthrough strategies uniting another 500,000 workers in SEIU – including hundreds of thousands of new healthcare workers into our one national healthcare union.
• Increasing member action by involving a majority of all members in our union on a day to day basis, and increasing member leadership so 200,000 more members play leadership roles in our union.

SEIU local leaders representing the overwhelming majority of SEIU members unanimously endorsed “Justice for All” earlier this month.  While 28 healthcare local unions representing more than 778,000 members are already supporting Justice for All, UHW has not joined us. But it's your voice as a member that really counts."
