The hard-working janitors employed by Professional Janitorial Service (PJS) in Houston are trying to reach the American Dream by standing up for the good jobs with health care all families need—but their employer is standing in the way.

According to a new lawsuit, PJS violated federal law by instructing janitors to work “off-the-clock” and withholding pay from workers when they left their jobs. PJS has also responded to janitors’ efforts to form a union to improve their lives by illegally intimidating and threatening workers.
